Featuring 10 diverse artists, the exhibition invites the community to engage with themes of identity, connection, and place. As summer kicks off, buyer confidence is slowly rebounding, even with mortgage rates near 7%. In Sonoma County, inventory rose 14.2% to 1,120 active listings, while home sales dipped 3.3% to 318. Homes spent an average of 53 days on the market, and the median price landed at $860,000 which is up slightly from last month, but down 2.9% year-over-year.
